Too often, voters are asked to respond to slogans, not substance. Candidates get a pass when they speak in vague terms—goals without tradeoffs, priorities without grounding, problems without context.

This space exists to raise the bar. To help voters see the landscape more clearly, ask sharper questions, and expect more from those who seek to lead.
